Our Hiring Approach
We never judge based on numbers alone—age, height, or weight. What matters most is your character, consideration for others, and sincerity. Interviews are held at cafés, hotel lounges, or any location you prefer.
About Compensation
Your rate is not unilaterally decided by us. It is set through discussion based on your preferences and work style. The 55% commission rate is fixed at the time of joining and will never be changed afterward.
